Job Description:
Responsibilities: include the following:
- To provide supervision and training to all Sales Department personnel.
- Runs weekly sales meetings to discuss current promotions, objectives, competitive activity, etc.
- Oversee and develop team leadership, ensure implementation of marketing plans, distribution and merchandising of all brands in the respective areas.
- Monitors POS/displays/package placements, brand placements, sales effectiveness, and execution in trade.
- Establish and maintain account objectives to contribute toward obtaining company goals.
